2. "Order Received" status: You can click "Consult" on the corresponding order page in the User Center - Purchasing Orders page to inform the purchaser that you need to cancel the order as soon as possible, or contact the online customer service to inform them that you need to cancel the order. As long as the order has not been paid when your cancellation request is accepted, the purchaser will cancel the order and refund it for you within 1 working day, and the amount will be returned to the available balance of your Pandabuy account;
3. "Ordered" status: You can click "Consult" on the corresponding order page in the User Center - Purchasing Orders page to inform the purchaser that you need to cancel the order as soon as possible, or contact the online customer service to inform them that you need to cancel the order. Our purchaser will apply to the seller. If the seller has not yet shipped the goods, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the available balance of your Pandabuy account after the seller confirms the refund. It usually takes 3-5 days to complete the refund;
4. "Shipped" status You can click "Consult" on the corresponding order page in the User Center-Purchasing Orders page to inform the purchaser that you need to cancel the order as soon as possible, or contact the online customer service to inform them that you need to cancel the order. If the seller has not actually shipped the goods, the purchaser will apply for a refund from the seller. After the seller confirms the refund, the corresponding amount will be returned to your Pandabuy account available balance, which usually takes 3-5 days; if the seller has actually shipped the goods, you need to wait until the goods reach the Pandabuy warehouse before returning them to the seller for a refund. In this case, it usually takes 7-15 days.
5. Within 5 days after "in stock", you can click "Refund/Return" on the corresponding order in the User Center-Purchasing Order page to apply for a return. We will apply to the seller. It depends on whether the seller agrees. After the seller agrees, we will help you return it as soon as possible. The return courier number will be displayed on the corresponding order. After the seller receives the goods and returns the goods to us, we will return the corresponding amount to your Pandabuy account available balance. It usually takes 7-15 days, depending on the time when the seller confirms the refund;
