How long can my items be stored in HandHunt's warehouse?

I. The normal storage period for purchased and shipped packages is 90 days, starting from the time when the order status is "Received". You will receive a system email reminder when the deadline is approaching. However, if you fail to submit a shipping order or provide any feedback to us within 90 days, it will be considered as abandonment of the items, and we will dispose of the expired items by destruction.

II. The storage period for abnormal packages is 30 days, starting from the time when the order status is "Signed". Since such packages cannot be matched with relevant orders or users, reminders cannot be sent. After the deadline, HandHunt will consider abandoning the storage and destroying the items. Abnormal package situations are as follows:

● Packages received at the warehouse are unclaimed and the buyer cannot be contacted.
● Logistics information is incomplete, and the warehouse fails to successfully sign for the package.

Related rules:

During the storage period, HandHunt is responsible for storing the items and taking corresponding responsibilities, but the shelf life of the items is not within the scope of storage (for example, perishable items with a shelf life of only one month).
No further reminders or notifications will be given for destroyed items.

To avoid item destruction, please submit your package and contact customer service promptly within the valid storage period. Thank you for your support and understanding!
