This list is compiled based on the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, detailing prohibited goods and services that are not allowed to be exported from the mainland. The platform has the right to add, delete, and modify the information in this list according to laws, regulatory requirements, and its own rules. (I) Drugs, Precursor Chemicals, and Drug-related Tools

1. All kinds of potent poisons;
2. Opium, morphine, heroin, marijuana, and other narcotics and psychotropic drugs that can cause addiction;

(II) Explosives, Dangerous Goods, and Chemicals

1. Explosives: various types of gunpowder, explosives, and their products, as well as detonators, fuse wires, and other ignition and detonating devices listed in the "Catalog of Civil Explosives";
2. Pesticides: pesticides specified in the "Management List of Import and Export Pesticides of the People's Republic of China" issued by the Ministry of Agriculture;
3. Asbestos;
4. 1,2-Dibromoethane, dibromochloropropane, aldrin, heptachlor, toxaphene, polychlorinated biphenyls, polybrominated biphenyls, dinoseb and its salts and esters; dinitrophenol, dieldrin, endrin, sodium fluoroacetate, 2,4,5-T and its salts and esters, tris(2,3-dibromopropyl) phosphate, benzidine (4,4'-diaminodiphenyl), fluoroacetamide (dichlorvos), chlordimeform, dioxins, furans, carbon tetrachloride (for cleaning agents), 1,1,1-trichloroethane (methyl chloroform) (for cleaning agents), trichlorotrifluoroethane (CFC-113) (for cleaning agents);

Precious Chinese herbal medicines: Chinese herbal medicines and prepared medicines that have been explicitly prohibited from export by the state include musk, toad venom, tiger bone, rhinoceros horn, and bezoar (excluding prepared medicines containing trace amounts of musk and toad venom, such as musk yang ointment and Liu Shen Wan, but including medicines containing rhinoceros horn and tiger bone);

Endangered and precious animals, plants (including specimens), their seeds, and breeding materials (all wild animals or plants or their products listed in the "Commodity Catalog of Imported and Exported Wild Animal and Plant Species" issued by the National Office of Endangered Species Import and Export Management and the General Administration of Customs in 2002, as well as nationally recognized precious animals, rare plants, or their products, are subject to the management of endangered species import and export);
2. Tiger bones, rhinoceros horns, bezoar, musk, ephedra (including medicinal, aromatic, and other uses), and Nostoc flagelliforme (including chilled, frozen, dried, or fresh Nostoc flagelliforme);
3. Unique and rare species, such as white clams, penguin clams, and white butterfly clams;
4. Timber: Logs treated with paint, colorants, or other methods (including coniferous timber, red lauan, teak, tropical timber, oak, beech, nanmu, camphor wood, mahogany, paulownia, and other unnamed non-coniferous timber) (excluding those treated with paint, colorants, creosote, or other preservatives);

(VIII) Information Harmful to National Security and Offensive Content

1. Printed materials, films, photographs, records, videotapes, laser discs, computer storage media, and other items harmful to China's politics, economy, culture, and morality;
2. Manuscripts, printed materials, films, photographs, records, videotapes, laser discs, computer storage media, and other items containing state secrets;

(IX) Gambling/Gaming Tools

Video game consoles, coin-operated video game machines, coin-operated other gaming items, and other electronic game machines;

(X) Other items prohibited by customs from export.

(XI) Fake goods and pirated goods. Fake goods include goods that falsely use registered trademarks or falsely claim the name and address of other manufacturers.

(XII) Nutrition, vitamins, supplements, herbs, and subscription-based natural health products.
