Additionally, some consumers may opt for daigou due to a lack of information about the desired product, making it difficult to determine its actual value, or fear of being overcharged by merchants. In such cases, they may entrust an intermediary agency to negotiate the price or even make the purchase on their behalf.

The general process of daigou typically involves the following steps:

1. Determine Product Requirements: Clarify the brand, specifications, model, color, size, and other detailed information of the desired product, as well as the target price.
2. Submit Purchase Request: Provide the daigou agent with the product link, images, or a detailed description of the required item.
3. Negotiate Fees and Confirm Payment Method: Clarify the original product price, international shipping fees, daigou service fees, tariffs (if applicable), and any other potential costs. Confirm the payment method, such as Alipay, bank transfer, PayPal, etc., for the product and related services.
4. Place Order and Inspect Goods: Once payment is received, the daigou agent will purchase the product as agreed, inspect it to ensure its authenticity and integrity, and arrange for storage if requested.
5. Warehousing: Store the purchased goods at the daigou agent's facility for a certain period, allowing for consolidation of multiple orders to reduce international shipping costs for the buyer.

Users can search for products by name on the HandHunt platform and select from the results on Taobao, Tmall, and 1688.com.

Placing Orders

Users can select the color, size, and quantity of the products. If there is any additional information they wish to convey to the seller (such as merchant discounts or seller contact information), they can leave a Tips in the remark section. To place an order immediately, users can select "Buy Now"; if they wish to browse more products and place orders later, they can select "Add to Cart."

Confirming Orders

If the user selects "Buy Now" in the previous step or clicks "Checkout" after selecting products in the "Cart" page, they will be redirected to this page where they can reconfirm the order details and select the final delivery country.

Paying for Orders

After submitting the order, users will be redirected to the checkout page where they can choose a payment method to complete the payment. Payment options include PayPal, credit cards, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Chinese debit cards, and bank wire transfers.

Quality inspections will be conducted, and the items will be stored in the warehouse. Users can verify the inspection information by selecting "Inspected" under the "My Orders" section and clicking "View Inspection Photos."

1. After the items arrive at our warehouse, they will undergo a series of quality checks, and photos will be taken for your reference. If you have any questions within 24 hours after we confirm their correctness, please contact us immediately.
2. Products purchased from 1688 have a different set of quality control standards.

Submitting Orders from the Warehouse

From the "My Warehouse" section, select "In Stock," check the items, fill in the shipping details, and submit the order.

Paying for International Shipping

Select "Pending Payment" from the "My Warehouse" section to pay for the international shipping fees.

The international shipping deposit is calculated based on the estimated weight of the product, the selected shipping method, and the destination. The final shipping fee will be based on the package's actual size and weight verified by the shipping company. Any difference between the final fee and the deposit will be refunded to the user's payment account after the product is shipped.

Awaiting Shipment

In the "Awaiting Shipment" section of "My Warehouse," items will be consolidated, packaged, reinforced, weighed, and shipped. An international tracking number will be generated accordingly.

There may be cases of domestic returns due to customs issues such as additional taxes. In such cases, users may be required to pay the additional taxes. If the package is returned to the warehouse due to non-payment of taxes or for safety reasons, and the user still wishes to resend it, they need to handle the matter accordingly in the "My Package" section.

Shipped

You can check the international logistics status and track the shipping progress of your package under the "Shipped" section in "My Warehouse."

During international package transportation, accidents can always occur. Such situations include delays, confiscation, taxes, package damage, package loss, etc. The HandHunt platform cannot control or prevent accidents that may occur when your package is in the hands of third-party logistics companies or customs. We also cannot guarantee the service quality of other companies unrelated to the HandHunt platform. However, our goal is to provide the best service to our customers, and we will notify you ahead of time about the shipping conditions for each route or country you choose, and do our best to assist you when problems arise.

If the package is returned to the warehouse due to reasons such as failed delivery, you need to split the package in "My Packages" if you still want to resend it.

Delivered
